Autumn season | 24.10.25 / 21.11.25
Autumn, spicy taste, end and beginning, we’ll practice this moment, various meditation techniques, exercises to strengthen the lungs and the immune system, preparing the body for the winter, coping with a sense of grief to a state of silencing the consciousness to a state of happiness and connecting to our authentic selves.
Together we’ll prepare: Traditional dahl lentil soup, Indonesian dish with seasonal vegetables and tofu, chickpea balls in a turmeric sauce, chickpea salad with cumin and beetroot.
Winter season | 20.12.24
Winter, salty taste, we’ll practice meditation that will help us in situations of fear, we’ll talk about different trauma situations we experience even as far back as the fetal period, we’ll share and analyze personal cases.
We’ll get to know different infusions that help in situations of fear, immune system compromise, insomnia.
Together we’ll prepare: Paella with medicinal mushrooms, different techniques for lima beans, seaweed salad with spinach and sweet potato noodles, and a non-bake layer cake for the finale.
Spring season | 21.2.25
Spring, wood element, sour taste, cleansing, starting the journey together with cleansing, we’ll learn several cleansing techniques, during the week everyone will try the technique they chose.
We’ll discuss the effect of cleansing in the context of anger and mood swings.
Together, we’ll prepare: lemony clear green juice, wheatgrass juice, traditional Korean miso soup, Japanese pickled vegetables, rice – an introduction to the rice family, we’ll roll Korean sushi with tofu and vegetables and green leaves.
summer season | 6.6.25
Summer, fire element, bitter-burnt taste, different meditation techniques, silencing the consciousness in the context of various addictions associated with our connection to food.
Together, we’ll prepare: Focaccia in the taboon from various flours, tofu skewers with three marinade variations, antipasto with different mushrooms seared on a grill plan, vegan papaya salad.
Late Summer season | 29.8.25
Late Summer, sweet taste and its connection to strengthening emotional energy and the digestive system,
how to cope with worry and when worry starts to get out of control, the connection of this moment, the ability to stand by someone and not in their place, even when they are our children.
We’ll learn about healthy sweet and industrial sweet, which harms our body’s systems, we’ll learn about the superfoods and how to incorporate them in our daily diet.
We’ll prepare: delicately sweet seasonal shake, healing chocolate, seasonal fruit “nice cream”, carrot almond soup, almond milk, cashew labneh spread, chapati with chickpeas and leaves.
